In the event of an unexpected IT outage, our customers protect their most valuable information assets with our business continuity solutions. During the SARS epidemic in Asia, leading banks used our Hong Kong BCTR availability to keep their trading rooms running.
Our state-of-the-art BCTR centre is equipped with the latest workstation equipment, dealer desk, dual monitors, dealer boards with voice recording and various market data feeds. Services include a general area pre-installed with trading positions consisting of furniture and communications equipment. You may order trading positions and/or additional back-office desks on a dedicated or time-shared basis.
You also have access to a common area that features conference rooms, a utility room, and a pantry area. For greater security and privacy, we also offer private suite solutions.
