Continuity of Service – 99.99% SLA in multi-homed configuration

  • Carefully chosen Tier-1 backbone service providers and regional Internet Exchanges enable Equinix Connect to provide optimal routing to any local, intra-European, as well as the rest of the Internet destinations.
  • Equinix Connect is built on redundant equipment allowing a multi-homed configuration. This service is supported by a Service Level agreement of 99.99% availability.

Scalability and Bandwidth Reporting

  • Equinix Connect is available in units of committed Megabits. If this committed quantity is regularly exceeded, customers can purchase additional Megabits or may be charged a committed rate bursting fee, without any impact on the service itself.
  • In addition, bandwidth reporting is available online and allows customers to monitor usage in real time, and hence identify bandwidth requirements and potential peak-times and adjust the service accordingly.

24/7 Pro-active Support

  • First line support is available 24/7. In addition, customers can benefit from the expertise of our IP engineers for a better integration of the Equinix Connect offering into existing systems and its combination with other Equinix services.
