  • SSAE16 Compliance– The SSAE16 audit minimizes the need for multiple sets of auditors to separately examine the same set of controls that govern a third party's services. "SAS" is an acronym for Statement on Auditing Standards, which are standards issued by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

  • ISO Certification – ISO is the world largest standards developing organisation. Learn More
    • ISO 27001 is the internationally recognized standard defining the requirements for an organisation’s Information Security Management System (ISMS). The audit and certification process ensures the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of information and network systems.

      Several IBX data centres across Europe and Asia have received ISO 27001 certification.
    • By fulfilling the requirements of the ISO-9001 certification, Equinix ensures that it has in place a quality management system in place that always meets the requirements of our customers. The system and quality objectives are reviewed, updated and amended regularly to guarantee continued suitability.

      Equinix has received ISO-9001 certification for all European data centre locations.
  • LEED Certification – LEED, or Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, is an internationally recognized green building certification system. Developed by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) in March 2000, LEED provides building owners and operators with a framework for identifying and implementing practical and measurable green building design, construction, operations and maintenance solutions.
